Madame Tussauds

MADAME TUSAUDS IN VIENNA

Madame Tussauds is a world-famous wax museum and not only a must-see in London. In Vienna, too, the cabinet with over 80 perfectly shaped wax figures in the Vienna Wurschtl-Prater offers a special kind of pleasure.

Of course, Austrian personalities are especially in the eye of the beholder. You will find yourself face to face with Emperor Franz Joseph and Sisi, with Mozart and Maria Theresa, or with Falco. You also have the opportunity to take a unique selfie with Gustav Klimt!

But the international scene is not neglected either. Of course, you will also meet contemporary stars and starlets such as Angelina Jolie, Johnny Depp, Michael Jackson and Julie Andrews.

Another attraction within the 2000 m2 exhibition area, is the interactive Sisi Experience World. In the special exhibition "Sisi Uncovered Experience" you can experience a day at Sisi's side. State-of-the-art technologies even make it possible to recreate smells and tastes as well as other sensory impressions from Sisi's everyday life.

But that is by no means all! Because other personalities also invite visitors to interactively engage with them. For example, daredevils can compete against Albert Einstein in an intelligence test or dare to take a penalty shootout against soccer star Hans Krankl.
For world leaders, Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela are available.

The wax figures, each worth 200,000 euros, almost melt visitors with their lifelike charm!
