Among the attractions of this sparkling display collection, first of all, is the crown of the emperors of the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation. This dates from the 10th century and is characterized by its characteristic octagonal shape and its mystical and biblical symbolism.

Also of great importance, is the Austrian Imperial Crown, which can be found in the Treasury. This was originally made in 1602 especially for Rudol II. Then they were used from 1804 in the newly formed Austrian Empire.

Another favorite among the treasures is the so-called "unicorn". This is a huge narwhal tooth from the family property of the Habsburgs. For a long time, this was thought to be the horn of a unicorn. An agate bowl from antiquity also caused a sensation. This is supposed to represent the legendary Holy Grail.

But the treasury holds numerous other treasures, such as one of the largest emeralds in the world. During a tour you will not be able to get out of the amazement!
