Schafbergbad is a particularly scenic outdoor swimming pool located on the Schafberg between Vienna’s 17th and 18th districts. Its elevated position makes it especially popular for the panoramic views over the city.

The spacious complex covers around 70,000 square metres and blends naturally into its green surroundings. Thanks to its hillside location, visitors can enjoy a wonderful view over Vienna while spending a summer day at the pool.

The facilities include a sports pool with diving tower and water slide, a children’s area, a warm-water pool and generous sunbathing lawns.

Away from the pools, guests can use the beach volleyball court, football and ball-game areas, table tennis facilities and a children’s playground in the parent-and-child area.

Another popular feature is the trampoline area. Food and refreshments are available from the restaurant and kiosk.
