Café Korb is located on Brandstätte, just a short walk from Stephansplatz. Since 1904, it has been an integral part of Vienna’s coffeehouse scene and is known for its distinctive character.
Following its renovation between 1958 and 1962, the café became something of a journey back to the 1950s, a style that can still be seen in many details today. Bright glass chandeliers, classic wooden chairs and the café’s distinctive patina give the interior its own unmistakable charm.
The Art Lounge in the basement, created in 2002, provides an interesting contrast. It is a meeting place for artists and adds to the café’s creative atmosphere. Even the futuristically designed restrooms have become something of a talking point.

Late risers particularly appreciate the café’s generous breakfast menu, which is available throughout the day. Alternatively, guests can enjoy a classic Wiener Schnitzel. Naturally, the selection of Viennese coffee specialities is also excellent.
